Since December 2023
XXLhoreca is one of the largest suppliers of catering equipment in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Austria.
As part of the cooperation, I was responsible for analyzing current solutions in the context of UX and proposing new ideas. The first stage of the redesign has already improved the conversion rate by 18.43%.
My collaboration with XXLhoreca is not full-time; it is limited to about an hour a day and takes place with the knowledge of INCORE.

My collaboration with INCORE allowed me to develop by working with a diverse client base from the USA. Examples of projects I have worked on include:
Preparation of a mobile application project to monitor the temperature used by the US military.
Creation of the main page design, store, and configurator for a company in the abrasives industry.
Preparation of a new version of the website for an organization dealing with training for uniformed services.
Development of a mobile application project for a company dealing with car inspections.
Designing a device configurator for a company in the medical industry.

Hycom
October 2022 - January 2023
At the end of 2022, I joined Hycom to participate in a project for a company in the German energy sector. While waiting for the project to start, I was responsible for:
Developing the component library used in projects.
Working on refreshing the Hycom branding.
Conducting training sessions with Figma (including on the use of autolayout in advanced projects and on component creation and management).
Support on commercial projects.
Ultimately, the project I was supposed to work on did not begin, and I was given the go-ahead to find new challenges.

Droids on Roids
January 2022 - September 2022
As part of my cooperation with Droids on Roids, I joined the team working on Nice To Fit You, a diet catering service app. Working together with the teams related to the mobile application, web application and testing, I was in charge of:
Analyzing and developing existing solutions.
Refining the interfaces of the mobile and web application.
Developing Design system and documenting current and new solutions.
Collaborating with the UX team and Product Owner on business goals and improvements to user experience.
Collaborating with the mobile and web app development team on making the finished app consistent with the designs in Figma.
My collaboration with Droids on Roids was carried out as part of Flyps’ body leasing arrangement.

Joining the Flyps team, I was responsible for UX and UI development of two applications: Vidvi and Stak.
As part of my work on Vidvi, I was involved in:
Analyzing the currently existing solution.
Working on improving UX aspects based on the experience of current users.
Redesign of the desktop application and mobile player.
Collaborating with the development team.
While working on the interface of the Stak application, I worked closely with the Product Owner and the developers, who were also the end users of the application.

Working on an interface for the Face Controller 2, which is a solution that allows paralyzed people to use a computer using head and face movements.
Face Controller was initially realized as a student project for the Microsoft Imagine Cup competition - it won first place in the national finals and was presented at the world finals in Seattle. Later it was developed as a commercial project.
